About the team

matthias Pauli
Founder &
Game Designer

After holding various professional positions and after 3 years at a software start-up where I gained a lot of experience in product development and contributed to geoimpact AG becoming a successful tech start-up in the energy and data sector, I am looking for a new challenge.

From fascination to a business idea
I have been fascinated by games since my youth - I have already designed several small board and card games - one of which I would now like to turn into a computer game.

My Role
I see my role mainly in game design (game mechanics, rules, level design), but also in assigning clear goals and tasks as product owner (PO). I will also take on tasks wherever there is work to be done, be it in storytelling, marketing, parts of the programming in C#, creating art or administrative tasks.

Mattia Metry
Lead Programmer

My journey started as a full-stack web developer. I then obtained my Bachelor in Computer Science with a focus on game development and design, where I gained experience working in interdisciplinary teams with artists, designers, and engineers. This exposure led me to freelance as a technical artist before joining this team.

Driven by technology and curiosity
Ever since I first started playing video games in my childhood, I've always been curious about the systems and technology behind the games. Today, that same curiosity drives me to explore new technologies and create interactive experiences that blend art and tech seamlessly.

My Role
As Lead Programmer, I am responsible for everything technical, from developing core game logic to ensuring seamless player experiences and creating tools for smooth content and art integration. I primarily work with Unity and C# to build well-designed systems that are robust, maintainable, and extensible.
